Job Alerts

You can subscribe to notifications about suitable job offers. You can also subscribe to multiple notifications at the same time. Please note that if you no longer wish to receive notifications about job offers, you must unsubscribe from all the notifications you have set up. The selection of job offers in these e-mails depends on your specified search parameters. You can unsubscribe from receiving these notifications at any time. Processing of personal data of our customers

Lead generation

We may become aware through our customers, third parties, or publications of any kind that a customer may have a need for our products and services ("Lead"). We will store business contact information (e.g., business email address), which may be personally identifiable, and company information in our CRM system and contact customers to determine their needs.

Formation of a contract

When a company enters into a contract with us, we will create a customer account in our CRM system for that company and will store the business contact data of the customer's contact person in the customer account. If a customer account already exists, the business contact data of the contact person will be updated if necessary.

Employer account

If a customer uses our employer area, we will process further personal data of the customer's employees who use the employer account. Employees of the customer must first register with their business email address in the employer account in order to create job advertisements and manage applications. The user behavior of the Customer's employees within the Employer Account, such as creating job advertisements and processing applications, is processed in order to provide the Service. Employees of the customer may send applications to third parties for their own purposes, so that we also process personal data of the recipients in this context.

Creation of job advertisements

For the creation of a job advertisement, employees of the customer can store their business contact data in each job advertisement. If our customers additionally publish company profiles on our platform, we process personal data of the customer's employees insofar as customers provide business contact data or photos of their employees in the company portrait.

Notifications

Employees of our customers can subscribe to notifications about suitable candidates. Customers can also sign up for alerts to learn about products and services on our website. Customers can opt out of receiving these notifications at any time. If customers no longer wish to receive our email messages, they may click on the "unsubscribe" link found in each such type of notification. In addition, we may send customers notifications about similar goods and services when they register for our services. Customers will be made aware of this option when their contact information is collected. Customers may opt-out of receiving these notifications at any time. Customer service for customers (B2B)

We retain your personal information for 90 days to 2 years after users cancel their accounts, or for as long as we need it to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected under this Privacy Policy.
