Join our team as a Design & Engineering Manager for Digital infrastructures and play a pivotal role in leading and optimizing the design and engineering aspects of our projects. KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
- Define the Ferrovial design standard solution for Data Centers.
- Optimize this design to achieve cost and schedule efficiencies.
- Selection and ranking of engineering firms for Data Centers
- Define the Production Design Procedure for DC.
- Set the Digital Design Plan. Tools and software to be used.
- Implement and manage a digital platform for efficient documentation management.
- Settle the DfmA strategy in the design solution.
- Promote safety, sustainability, and energy-efficient design solutions.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and certifications
- Provide guidance and support to the Construction & Commissioning Lead.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for design and engineering.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in similar technical designs.
- Fluent proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent knowledge of design and engineering principles.
- Proficiency in Commissioning processes for Data Centers,and relevant design software and tools.
- Familiarity with BIM and design coordination.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of sustainability and energy efficiency principles.
