Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Analista de Workday con al menos 2 años de experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo de Recursos Humanos y Tecnología. Esta persona será responsable de apoyar la implementación, mantenimiento y mejora continua de los módulos de Workday, colaborando estrechamente con equipos internos y externos para garantizar una experiencia de usuario eficiente y alineada con los objetivos del negocio.
Responsabilidades:
- Administrar y dar soporte a los módulos de Workday (HCM).
- Analizar requerimientos del negocio y traducirlos en soluciones funcionales dentro de Workday.
- Participar en proyectos de implementación, mejoras y actualizaciones del sistema.
- Crear y mantener reportes, dashboards y configuraciones personalizadas.
- Capacitar a usuarios clave y brindar soporte de segundo nivel.
- Colaborar con equipos de TI y RRHH para asegurar la integridad de los datos y procesos.
Requisitos:
- Título universitario en Sistemas, Recursos Humanos, Administración o carrera afín.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia trabajando con Workday.
- Conocimiento funcional de al menos uno de los módulos principales de HCM.
- Experiencia en análisis de datos, generación de reportes y resolución de incidencias.
- Experiencia en migración de datos.
- Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.
- Nivel intermedio-avanzado de inglés.
Se valorará:
- Certificaciones oficiales de Workday.
- Experiencia en integraciones con otras plataformas (SAP, Azure, etc.).
